Muscle / Tendon / Ligament damage

You may be a chase the kids round the garden parent, a super-fit runner or a relaxed bowls player, once you are injured it hurts.

If you have damaged a muscle, ligament or tendon it needs to be seen as soon as possible to maximise recovery.

You may just need a one-off physiotherapy session including a thorough assessment, treatment and advice or possibly a short course of treatment to put you back on the road to recovery.

A limited number of same-day appointments are usually available during the week but please phone early.

You can park on-site and Pamela’s physiotherapy practice in Bingham is single storey so no stairs to climb.
